Refund and Returns Policy

Here are the Terms & Conditions for the Return Policy.

Customer satisfaction and their happiness regarding our products are of utmost importance to us.

We have different return policies:

1. We have a 2 days return policy which means you can return your product within 2 days from the product received date. We attach the tag for each product the tag is a must to accept the product and then only we will refund your amount.

2. To be eligible for a return, we accept only if there is any damage happening in transit which is shown in an unboxing video.

3. We’d request you return your items in original condition and in original packaging.

4. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with in 5 to 7  Business days. Please remember it might take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund too.

Note : Our products will be tagged with our SIRI tag. We can’t accept the return products without having the tag on the product.

5. Additional terms: Unboxing video is a MUST for any claims of damaged products happening in transit. Unboxing video includes video taken from the time you received the packed package(no claims can be charged for the opened package or the tag-less package).All our products are usually taken in LED light, rare case there would be colour differences due to various factors. At times few things happen in transit and can’t be avoided how much ever safety measures taken, 

Few examples:

  • Earrings stem bent– these are at times wantedly done to avoid any kind of transit damage.
  • Kandan’s / beads fallen off – as said, few things can’t be avoided in transit, however all things will be double checked before packaging, these can be sticked with glue or quick fix and no claims for the same, and still if the customer denies, one has to bear the shipping charges and exchange the product.

6. Wrong/Damage Product-

  • Please drop us an email or Whatsapp within 24 – 48 hours of the package you received with unboxing video and your order details and will look into it further.
  •  Will bear the shipping charges for the damaged product and has to be returned to our address( please share us the tracking details so we can track the shipment).
  • Once we receive the package in proper condition, we will send the exchange product in 2-3 business days considering from the next day we received the package.
  • In case of non-availability of the same product, refund will be processed in 2-6 business days once we receive the product.

 To return the product, contact us at support@sirisstore.co.in with the unboxing product video. We will check and accept your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting or accepting  a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return or exchange support@sirisstore.co.in.

7. Shipping Policy: 

Processing Time

            All orders are delivered within 1 to 4 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • Domestic Shipping Time: Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • International Shipping Time: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

You can ship the product back to us using any carrier, however, the shipping costs are not included in our exchange/refund program. Please pay for the shipping charges to the shipping carrier.

Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect.

We made every effort to display the product colour as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
